The main goal of OROSOL® Clean Energy Equipment R&D Center is to research and develop large-scale, high parameter thermal power units, large hydropower units, nuclear power, heavy-duty gas turbines and combined cycles, wind power and other large-scale clean and efficient power generation equipment, as well as energy-saving and environmental protection products. It is committed to the research and development of high-efficiency solar photovoltaic technology, high-efficiency and low-cost energy storage, intelligent equipment, electric vehicle power systems, new power electronic systems and other fields.
OROSOL® Clean Energy Equipment R&D Center has first-class scientific research and experimental facilities and conditions, including the world’s advanced physical and chemical testing center, non-destructive testing center, metrological verification center, industrial crystal material processing technology research and application center, clean and efficient combustion technology experimental center, internationally advanced turbine core technology experimental platform (multi-stage air turbine experimental platform), fuel cell proton exchange membrane fuel cell experimental platform, vanadium battery experimental platform, evaporative cooling large-scale experimental platform, high-temperature alloy blade vacuum directional solidification laboratory of the turbine material research center, key laboratory of high-temperature and high-pressure materials and welding in the mechanical industry, megawatt level doubly fed wind turbine generator laboratory, coal gasification basic laboratory, robot laboratory, etc, Provided comprehensive experimental conditions and foundation for the scientific research work of the R&D center. At the same time, the OROSOL R&D Center is building a gas turbine core technology laboratory, a turbine manufacturing process experimental research laboratory, a 6MW wind turbine full power and LVRT laboratory, a power electronics laboratory and superconducting laboratory, an electric vehicle electric drive laboratory, etc. After completion, it will form a basic experimental condition with international advanced and first-class capabilities, laying a solid foundation for the OROSOL Clean Energy Equipment R&D Center to enhance its scientific research capabilities and overcome key core technologies.
Since its establishment, OROSOL® Clean Energy Equipment R&D Center has carried out scientific research on materials, processes, design technologies, and other aspects related to the development of products such as thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power, gas turbines, wind power, and solar photovoltaic power generation. We have completed a large number of internationally advanced scientific research projects.
1. In terms of thermal power. OROSOL® Clean Energy Equipment R&D center independently developed and put into operation the world’s first 1000MW ultra supercritical air-cooled unit; The independently developed 600MW supercritical “W” flame boiler has been delivered and accepted; The steam turbine and generator of the first 60HZ/660MW unit in China have completed trial production and related tests; Completed the design of a 1200MW ultra supercritical boiler, turbine, and generator for a large capacity, high parameter, and efficient clean thermal power unit, and passed expert review; The overall progress of the internationally advanced 700℃ ultra supercritical coal-fired power plant technology research project is good.
2. In terms of hydropower generation, we have independently developed a hydraulic model for a 300MW pumped storage unit pump turbine and passed third-party witness acceptance. The comprehensive hydraulic performance indicators have reached the world’s advanced level; The research and development level of large-scale mixed flow hydroelectric generating units has reached international advanced level, and the diameter of the impeller is the world’s largest.
3. In terms of nuclear power. The research on the manufacturing technology of the pressure vessel for the first domestically produced million kilowatt pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant has passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of the China Nuclear Energy Industry Association.
4. In terms of gas turbines, the overall progress of the internationally advanced F-class 50MW gas turbine development project is working fine.
5. In terms of wind power, the independently developed 2MW low-temperature wind turbine has been successfully put into operation; Complete the joint design of the main components of the 5.5MW offshore wind turbine and enter the trial production stage; A 1.5MW direct drive unit with independent intellectual property rights has been put into operation.
6. In terms of solar photovoltaic power generation, we have successfully developed a mass production process for crystalline silicon cells with a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 18.52%; The conversion efficiency of 8 “monocrystalline silicon solar energy has achieved an international leading indicator of 18.8%; The demonstration project of wind solar energy storage test system has been launched.
